Nanis Yousry is currently the Head of the Community Transformation Department at Aspire Training Solutions. Nanis has had a long history in volunteer work in international and local organizations in Egypt where she was the local youth representative in I-Earn Egypt in her early years. Nanis has  led tens of exchange programs between the United States and Egypt.

In her current role, Nanis led a number of initiatives where she conducted partnerships with international organizations as ILO, IOM, UN Women, Save the Children, UNFPA, USAID and a lot more on supporting key subjects as Gender Empowerment, Enhancing the Quality of Education, Designing Capacity Building programs to NGOs and INGOs along with leading strategies relating sports and arts to the field of development. Nanis is currently leading a team of 15+ full time employees and strategizing the key goals of the unit she is leading.

Nanis has pursued her Master studies in Public Administration focused on non-profit management. Also, her thesis topic tackled “Policy Evaluation of the role of Extracurricular activities on students’ Character building and Academic Excellence: A Case Study of Cairo’s Schools”. Nanis has reflected all her expertise in the educational sector and experiential learning in her thesis.
